- Identify and develop new export customers and business opportunities in assigned markets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing overseas customers through responsive commercial support.
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up samples, and support contract and order discussions.
- Coordinate with technical, production, and supply chain teams to ensure product specifications, pricing, lead time, and shipment requirements are met.
- Support overseas business trips, exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer visits when required.
- Monitor order progress and proactively update customers on timelines and issues.
- Keep accurate sales pipeline, customer records, and activity reports for management review.
- Gather market feedback, competitor information, and customer trends to support sales strategy.
- Work closely with the Export Sales Manager and relevant departments to achieve sales targets.

- Perform other duties assigned by management.

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, export sales, or business development; furniture industry experience is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of export workflows, international customer communication, and commercial follow-up.
- Fluent English communication in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Chinese language ability is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and exhibitions when needed.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
